This annual event is held July 4th each year at 10 am. The parade begins at the intersection of West Broadway and South Chestnut Street and travels west on Broadway. It ends in Fairview Park near the south entrance (0.74 miles). The parade will consist of vehicles and pedestrian traffic and include veterans, service members, families of service members, veteran or military support organizations and/or individuals wishing to display their support. This event is sponsored by the Centralia Veteran Affairs Committee. Those in attendance will not want to miss the other festivities in Fairview Park including a 3 day carnival, food vendors and a fireworks display later that day at dusk.
