Enjoy the play “Pinocchio”, an all-time favorite story, with plenty of local youth involved in this presentation.

Just in case you don’t know the story, here is a synopsis pulled from Wikipedia:  an old wood-carver named Gepetto carves a wooden puppet named Pinocchio. The puppet is brought to life by a blue fairy, who informs him that he can become a real boy if he proves himself to be “brave, truthful, and unselfish”.  Pinocchio’s efforts to become a real boy involve encounters with a host of unsavory characters.  Critical analysis of Pinocchio identifies it as a simple morality tale that teaches children about the benefits of hard work and middle-class values.

Little Theatre Players and Actors in Action present “Pinocchio” the musical.  With four performances, you will have several opportunities to enjoy this play.  These entertainers will also have a show for the Arts in Education during a school day.  Tickets will be available for purchase at the door.
